LEODEAN WORRELL, LLB [Hons]

Leodean was called to the Bar in Barbados in 1995, and thereafter admitted to practice in the islands of Trinidad and Tobago, St. Vincent and the Grenadines and Antigua.  Leodean is fluent in French and Dutch. She has quite a substantial offshore and local practice.

Her focus is in the area of International Business Companies and local companies, more particularly, offering advice on incorporation, management and financial services. In addition, Leodean has experience in conveyance, mortgages, debt recovery, commercial and residential development.  She is presently a Director and Corporate Secretary of many offshore and private companies.

Having had a litigation practice for a number of years, Leodean has tremendous experience in the handling of contentious situations with mediation as a primary approach to the resolution of disputes.
